The purpose of this project is twofold.  One is to challenge myself by photographing within a limited area,in this case my house (for the most part). The other is to photograph life’s little moments as it happens within that space.

I think it is fair to assume that the majority of life does not consist of grand, exciting and glitzy moments, but days that are repetitive and quite mundane.

The photographer William Eggleston claimed that he was “at war with the obvious”. I think his comment is fitting for this project as well, only that I am not at war, I am merely observing the mundane and finding myself being intrigued by it.

This is a rather slow moving project,  but it will eventually be a Blurb-book.
